More Swimming with the Cousins

This is continued from last week. I can't believe how big all the kids have gotten! They were all jumping off the diving board without being caught. Tim made the comment that he couldn't believe there were so many kids. There are only 6 but it did look like a lot of kids when they were all bobbing in the water.

Olivia's Cannon Ball
Drew's big jump
I tried to catch all the kids jumping off the board but my camera just wasn't fast enough.
Flying Jack - yes that is Jack being thrown through the air.
Vanessa, Karoline, & Kaden just hanging out in the deep end

Can anyone guess what Kaden is doing?

And an EXTRA special treat - Night swimming!

Crazy little Bird

We have a red bird (I don't think it is a cardinal) that was been flying into our windows all morning long. Just like in the windex comercial. I know my windows are NOT that clean though. And he has been choosing different windows around the kitchen to fly into. I mean it will will repeatedly fly from a close branch into the window about ten times then take a break then attempt again. The dogs, kids, and I can't figure it out maybe it will make us crazy too.

Here it is taking a break in a tree a little farther away (you can barely see it). This is where it would go when I got my camera out.

In action (blur hitting window)

Wow, I can't believe I just spent time blogging this. I must have a lot of cleaning to do!

Conversation with Hubby

The date is set for Kristen's wedding. Yea! Or I should say the date is set for the day I have to have lost all my baby weight. January 2nd. So Tim and I were talking about my plan for getting back into shape within 3 months of having Baby #3. This is not really a conversation someone who is 6 months pregnant really wants to be having especially because I know I will be packing on another 10 pounds before I even get to begin this feat. Oh and we are not talking just getting into shape we are talking the best shape I have ever been in. And the plan is not mine. It's my coaches (Tim). Yes he has self appointed himself as my coach. Most of you know he started PX90 in January and will begin round 2 next week and has signed on as one of their coaches. Yes his results have been amazing and he looks great but his idea of how to get me in shape after having a baby in a short amount of time is causing me to say some words I never say. And his plan starts now. Yes, I need to be working out more and eating less but come on.

Oh, and not only have I gained all the weight he has lost since January. I will probably weigh more then he does (for the first time ever) when I finally have this baby. UGH!

Tim wanted everyone to know if you would like to do any of the Beach Body systems let him know and he can get you a discount.

My Big Boy

Now that Kaden is 4. It seems like he can do so much more. Well we have noticed a few things the last couple of weeks. For example: He just started dressing himself completely. In fact he won't let us help him. This makes Tim (who gets the boys dressed like twice a week) sad and me jump for joy. I was starting to get worried about getting 3 completely dependent kids ready when the baby comes. Oh, and how he puts it on is how he wears it - backwards shorts and all! Anyway something new this morning- Kaden insisted on picking out his own clothes. I am not that crazy about that idea but anyway. So if you see my child in some crazy outfits you will know why. Oh and for those of you with girls who are saying WHat my child has been able to do this forever. According to Kate on John & Kate plus 8 her girls were able to do this task long before her boys figured it out.

He has also informed us 4 year olds stay up all night long. Hmmm I wonder what will be left for 5 year olds to do? I will let you all know how this turns out.

His gifts from Us.

A leapster

A Bike

I guess I didn't get any of him riding his bike. I am sure there will be MANY of those later once he gets the hang of it a little better. We can't believe we actually bought our baby his first bike!

Kaden is 4!!!!!

Kaden is so excited. He woke up this morning and said "What is today?" And I said it's your birthday. He responded with yup it's June third. Thank you to his preschool teacher for teaching him his birthdate. I can't believe how much he remembers. Today we are going to take Daddy to lunch for pizza and then the plans were to go see Speed Racer tonight BUT after reading the reviews on that movie it just isn't appropriate. SO I am thinking we will rent a movie and eat popcorn at home not quite the same but there just aren't good movies for kids out right now. I am sure we will be seeing the Panda movie next week anyway.

Here is a look back at Kaden on each of his birthdays. (sorry I have to)

Our Anniversary

Today we have been married for 7 years. It has been great. No, not perfect but wonderful. Tonight we are going to drop the boys off at the drop-in daycare place and go out to eat and then to buy Kaden's birthday present (for tomorrow). That really represents our most memorable anniversary (Year #3). I unexpectedly went into labor with Kaden. Luckily he was born the next day (barely 12:45 am). So we got to keep our special day to ourselves. Anyway, I am really looking forward to a night out with just my hubby. With moving and stuff things have just been crazy! But I think everything is almost settled so we can relax and get ready for the next crazy event - Baby #3! Hopefully before that happens we can get away together for a weekend. So to my husband and best friend - Happy Anniversary. Who knows what the next 7 years will hold but I look forward to it.
